On Posting Comments
WHEN I FIRST CREATED THESE BLOGS a year ago, i wanted to restrict comments to friends or registered members of this site only. So, i set my pMachine accordingly.
It turned out that my blogs have become a monologue. The few friends who became members of my site are reluctant to post public comments. On the other hand, some friends and friendly visitors who are non-members tried to add a comment, only to find that they couldn't after hitting the Submit button. Boy, were they frustrated! ;-)
After some feedback and thoughts over this, i've changed my mind and the pMachine settings. Non-members can now add comments. Finally, to paraphrase a great "Note To Visitors" in Barbara Nicolosi's blog:
"Please share your comments! Note, however, that Civility is considered a higher good here than the 5C's (Companion, Children, Credit Card, Condominium, Car) craved by many Singaporeans. Incivility will be uncivilly suppressed. Welcome to ClappingTrees! Enjoy your stay."
The LORD bless you and keep you!
The LORD let his face shine upon you, and be gracious to you!
The LORD look upon you kindly and give you peace!
